All Flat & White jewellery pieces are crafted from high-quality 925 sterling silver, officially certified and hallmarked by ANPC, in accordance with Romanian and EU regulations on precious metals.

Do your jewellery pieces come with an authenticity certificate and warranty?

Yes, absolutely! Every Flat & White piece comes with a certificate of authenticity and a quality warranty, in accordance with current legislation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept :

2) Cash on delivery
3) Bank transfer

Can your jewellery cause allergies?

Our jewellery is made of 92.5 % sterling silver and 7.5% other metals (primarily copper). This creates an alloy that is significantly stronger and more durable than pure silver. Most people do not have allergy to sterling silver 925. However, if you have a severe metal or copper sensitivity, we recommend consulting a specialist before wearing any jewellery.

Do you have a physical shop?

Currently, we are available online only. However, if you subscribe to our newsletter, you’ll be among the first to know when we open a physical showroom. For now, you can find us at various pop-up shops and local fairs in Timisoara, Romania📍as our brand continues to grow.

Will my jewellery tarnish over time?

Sterling silver is a metal that naturally oxidizes, but with proper care, it will maintain its shine. Check our Care Guide for simple tips.

How can I use the warranty for a Flat & White piece?

All our jewellery is covered by a 24-month warranty for manufacturing defects only. According to the law, the consumer must notify the seller within a reasonable time usually within 2 months from discovering the defect.

If you notice an issue, please follow these steps:

2) Present the warranty certificate included with your order and the proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).
3) Depending on the case, the product will be repaired, replaced or refunded.

 - Normal wear and tear (silver oxidation, wear of gold or rhodium layer, loss of stones due to impact)
- Mechanical damage (scratches, dents, breaks)
- Contact with water, perfumes, cosmetics or chemicals
- Unauthorised interventions (e.g., modifications, gluing)
- Loss or theft of the product
