4. Scope of the Contract
These Terms govern the use of the website and the sale of products offered by Flat & White via the online store.
5. Products
Products sold are sterling silver (925) jewelry. Product images and descriptions are for informational purposes only. Minor differences may occur without affecting product conformity.
6. Orders and Contract Conclusion
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The sales contract is concluded upon order confirmation by the operator via email or phone. The operator may refuse orders in justified cases such as stock unavailability or incomplete customer information.
7. Prices and Payment
All product prices are displayed in RON and include VAT.
Depending on the customer’s location, prices may be displayed or charged in another currency. Conversion is done based on the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Romania (BNR) or as applied by the payment processor.
Currency conversion is informative; minor differences may occur between displayed and final charged amounts depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

8. Delivery
All products are delivered within Romania.
International delivery is available upon request only. Customers wishing to order outside Romania must contact us to confirm availability, delivery costs, and estimated delivery time.
Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are communicated before order confirmation.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon receipt.
9. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, customers can withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receiving the products. Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
10. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned products using the same payment method as the original purchase.
11. Warranty
Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
12. Intellectual Property
