Shipping policy

1. Available Delivery Methods

We carefully deliver every order across Romania, with European delivery coming soon.
For now we have several options in Romania:

  • Standard Delivery – Direct to your address via express courier
  • Express Delivery (📍Timișoara only) – Orders can be delivered the same day
  • Delivery to Collection Point (locker/box) – Choose a nearby pick-up point if you prefer not to wait for the courier
  • In-store pickup is currently unavailable.

2. Delivery Costs

  • Free shipping for national deliveries for orders above 500 RON/ ≈ 100 EUR (in Romania)
  • 29 RON/ ≈ 5,7 EUR for orders below 500 RON/ ≈ 100 EUR

3. Processing and Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day.
Estimated delivery time:

  • 1–3 business days (nationwide)
  • Same-day delivery in Timișoara

📌 Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods (holidays, promotions, etc.)

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is picked up by the courier, you will receive an email with the AWB number and a tracking link. You can track your package in real time on the courier’s website.

5. Changing the Delivery Address

  • You can modify the delivery address depending on the order status:
    If the package has not yet been picked up by the courier, the update is quick and won’t cause delays. 📩 Contact us if you need to make a change.
  • If the package is already in transit, we can attempt to change the address, but delivery may be delayed. 

6. Not home at delivery?

The courier will contact you by phone.
If you don’t answer, they will try again or leave an SMS/email with instructions for rescheduling or pick-up from a collection point.

📱 Check your phone and inbox on the day of delivery.

7. Lost, delayed or damaged package

We are sorry if you are having this experience. 
Please contact us immediately if you notice that:

  • Delivery is delayed beyond the normal timeframe
  • The package seems lost
  • You received a damaged product

    We will investigate and provide a prompt and fair solution.
